Do, Do, Do
Helena (Counsellor, Trainer, Teacher, Physiotherapist)

I’d recommend it without hesitation. It’s a fantastic investment – because you are able to engage at the level you’re at, everyone is valued, able to fully enjoy and benefit.
Clare (Musician)

Do it – just do it. All the challenges are worthwhile. The more you bring to it the more you will get out of it. Brilliant experience and bonding. Genuine & authentic.

Brilliant. Best course I have ever done by far!
David (Secondary School Teacher)

Go for it! If the effort is put in they will get 3 times back. The investment is fantastic & will stand to you for the rest of their lives.
Charlie  (Training Coordinator, Supervisor)

“Trust the process”. Have faith and give it a shot. No learning is wasted.

I read the comments on the website from previous participants, but they were just words – now I have experienced all of the learning areas & I have understood so many things that were a mystery to me. I have been given so many tools. Tools that I needed to progress as a trainer/teacher/coach.
Miriam (Adult Education Tutor, Owner of Childcare Facility)

Business puts a high value on coaching skills when recruiting – it gives all managers the edge when looking to be selected or retained

Your effectiveness as an individual and as a manager is dependent on how well you coach

Coaching is a set of skills that used to be a “nice to have” but in this complex world it is now a “need to have”.  Today, due to technology and global working practices we are handling far more relationships, tasks and business goals than ever before.  We are also more likely to experience a level of chaos during our day.  Whereas before we would try and avoid chaos by putting rational models and schedules in place – this no longer works and is no longer relevant.   We have to move beyond what we used to do yesterday and look to what’s needed today and forecast what we might need tomorrow and the next day.  In order to manage ourselves in a confident and consistent manner – we all need the ability to self coach and if we hold a role that involves people management or development then coaching practitioner skills are crucial.
