This short experiential workshop will introduce you to some of the core principles and skills of coaching. You will learn and use coaching models and techniques which you can immediately use for self-coaching and also apply when coaching others
This course will give you a taste what it’s like to coach and be coached and is a first step in discovering the power of coaching.
