If you want to explore coaching in more depth this QQI Certificate in Professional Coaching Practice and Ethics (6N2925) will help you gain the core coaching skills you need in order to improve your personal and professional effectiveness.
It is an excellent foundation course and the next step to becoming a practitioner coach.
This programme is designed to provide people, who have responsibility for developing workplace competencies, with the skills needed to develop individual performance in others.

The Certificate course forms the first 3 modules of the Practitioner Coaching Diploma course. This means that Certificate students get the benefits of also covering some of the Diploma syllabus and more of the practical work that is covered on the Diploma.
At the end of the first 3 modules, Certificate students can continue on to the Diploma. Alternatively Certificate students can return at a later date to continue on with the Diploma. In each case we apply the Certificate fees already paid to reduce the Diploma fees.
